Stop AAPI Hate

The Eritrean American community stands united against the hate and acts of violence towards our Asian American and Pacific Islander (AAPI) neighbors. Although the recent violence and rhetoric has been linked to the rise of the coronavirus pandemic, our adoptive country’s history of such violence cannot be ignored. Our Bay Area community is made more dynamic and vibrant by our diverse origins. Our goal of building a United States with no distinction along regional, ethnic, linguistic, religious, gender, or class lines remains elusive, but we will continue to work with our AAPI neighbors to end the racism that hinders our communities.
